NSW police have been given special powers during the visit by Israeli president. Police will be allowed to arrest anyone without reason. All protests are banned in NSW, including previously approved protests (technically protesting is already illegal in Australia, you have to get approval and pay a fee to the police to hold a "protest" legally anyway)
