Folks who bought Bitcoin at $69,000 over 4 years ago have broken even when you factor in inflation from 2021-2025.
Breaking even is better than a loss!
Stay humble and stack sats for 12 years (2.5 cycles) minimum :)
Many of us mentality have exited a system and have no plans to return or measure with their metrics. The dollar is dead.
We live in a dollar dominated world and you don’t check the price?
Riddle me this: If you earn Bitcoin or get paid in Bitcoin and only spend Bitcoin, the #sats amount you spend on that delicious grass fed steak (for example) is PEGGED to the DOLLAR is it not?!
Example: The steak you ate on the 7th of Oct would cost 100,000 sats. Now it costs 123,000 sats.
I wonder why it’s more expensive today, even in sats terms?!
The sats price of items fluctuate because?... you guessed it!
Even in a *Bitcoin Only* circular economy the sats price of most things fluctuate in lock step with the dollar denominated price of Bitcoin 💸 . USD price go up, sats price go down. USD price go down, sats price go up!
Verify, don’t trust… Go to an online store that sells products for Bitcoin and you’ll see a fluctuating sats amount :)
Not checking the USD value of Bitcoin = head in the sand 🫠
