on the relay side, yes. I'm busy writing my 4th relay. Some I don't think can be controlled well for WoT on the client side, tbh, depending on the size of the group.
these are all modular solutions, that can be bolted on by vibe coders. 
but you'll need to know how to deploy it on your on vps and use cli.
