That has not been my problem. Now writing business plans and looking at the reality and deciding against it, that Iβve done multiple times.
What should we start?
Oh cool. What are you thinking of doing or deciding against?
Absolutely!!
I need to stop that process in my head. Just need to start whatever and let the process take care of itself.
Capital. is the second reason!

That feeling leave you when you build the first business π

Not for me. Always have that itch for something new. π
I wrote a business plan for The Biblioholicβs Bite a cafe and bookstore. I wanted to open it in my hometown. Give me a reason to be closer to family. Unfortunately while I was working on it the library system opened a bookstore, cafe, and art gallery in the neighborhood so that was out. I had interest from investors about the concept but in San Francisco. Financially itβs a massive difference. The bar also feels much higher.
Looked into some other restaurant concepts. Big Mama Llamas a Peruvian/ American steakhouse has been an idea since like 9th grade.
Also wrote a business plan for a jewelry business. That went by the wayside for health reasons.
Wow. Impressive.
Do you make your own jewelry or was it resell?
I made my own. Though itβs been a while since Iβve worked at the bench. I liked the sweet spot between art jewelry and limited run commercial pieces. I was also really interested in restoration, more specifically liturgical restoration. Holding a piece of 15th century metal work is something else.
I had far to go in my journey to be a master craftsman though. Only once did I have a moment where I was like uh I like this. The metal fought me every step of the way. It didnβt turn out how I wanted. But displayed in the gallery I was like thatβs actually rather nice. I donβt even have a photo of that piece. I wish I could tell my younger self photograph your work!
I do. Everyday.
Always
Oh broβ¦ Iβm backwards of that. Got a perfectly good thing going with residual income for the year centered around actions taken in August.
I have about 10 side hustles in mind but they also also require a heavy month of August. Too many business ideas, too few Augusts. π
All the time
more like how ?
as for what ... find an area of egregious stupidity and ask yourself - is there some intrinsic reason why it HAS to be this stupid ? or can it be fixed ? does anybody WANT to see it fixed ? do people who want it fixed have any resources ?
99% of the time you fill find it HAS to be stupid.
