I don't really think there's been any voting block behavior from the privacy / bitcoin people yet. So it's not about voting harder. It's about voting with it as a preference as a start. But Mainly influencing the zeitgeist to realize the importance of privacy and care for it more. Making a cultural shift.

...and then what happens after the cultural shift..? More people vote harder?
