is anyone using open source llms to analyze blood work? so far i've found qwen3.6 gives me the best results.

it gives me really helpful information and the formatting of the results are better than other models i've tried. i do further research on results it gives me.
also, it doesn't only tell me i'm doing great. it clearly flags things i should ask my doctor about.
I've used it medical reports all the time gemma3 and gemma4 also work really well
i've found it to give me better results than gemma and medgemma. only tried comparing blood work analysis though.
Try medgemma i used it recently on dental xray and it matched the dentist own findings close enough

I'm still using GPT-5.5/Sonnet/Opus shame on me right. Was using GLM 5.1 for a while, wasn't bad. Qwen3.5 wasn't good enough for labs import.
