Finally arrived in Croatia. Didn’t put my running shoes on today. Let’s hope for tomorrow morning. Despite that Zadar is a really beautiful city.

Got out of bed yesterday and put immediately my running shoes on. Should have done my mobility exercises but I skipped them. Just managed a to do a short run and was rewarded with a nasty little twinge in one of my calves. Minor muscle thing, so looks like I’m stuck resting for a few days.

Second rest day in a row. Looking forward to put on my running shoes tomorrow.
Here is the next one 😂 Didn’t think of it when I bought the croissant. One bite and I immediately felt like being in Fort Canning, Singapore. Tiong Bahru Bakery was an excellent spot to start the day ❤️

My memory’s pretty rough when it comes to stuff from more than a year ago. Mostly just things tied to strong emotions, food and drinks or scents. Just had one of those moments again where a cold brew literally teleported me straight to Hawaii. I’m a little bit jealous of people who can actually recall things on purpose. 🙇🏽♂️
