massive single point of failure being reliant of DNS !!! i will give you the IP for the Satellite relay.. that way you can always get to it if DNS take a S$$T

dns never failed on me. i host my own nameservers for my website (no relay yet). how high is the chance that dns will fail in the future? i feel like this is not a big risk. did it happen before? it certainly can happen...
