Please define what a sat transfer is in a way that cannot be abused then propose it to the community. Anything else is noise.

I'll define a way that a sats transfer cannot EASILY be abused, sure! Don't fuck with OP_RETURN size. How ya like that noise? And please, don't hide under some virtuous coder's etiquette. The use case for opening the floodgates on chain is what exactly? To allow stuff that's not money in? Or to help some shitcoin companies make profits, or both?
