If you pick a imaginary spot around 10 feet high and focus on it while you squat, your form will improve

I appreciate the feedback. My old powerlifting coach originally taught me to keep my neck in a neutral position by looking down at the floor a couple of feet in front of my feet. This was like 7 years ago, though. Maybe the recommendations have changed since then lol ☺️ plus I’m squatting low bar
