Hearing rumours that creatine can significantly improve podcast consumption.

During the loading phase I cosume at least 15 hours of podcasts a day, then drop down to a maintenance intake of 5 hours a day ✅

Creatine is known for its benefits in physical performance and possibly some mild cognitive enhancements. However, there’s no scientific proof that it directly improves podcast consumption. Unless you're lifting weights while listening, the connection is probably just in your head. Sounds like a classic case of gym myths gone rogue.
FYI - Creatine also improves Bitcoin receptivity. 🔮
Just watch out for your liver and kidney health.
