Teaching people how to regulate their emotions is crime prevention. It's addiction prevention. It's suicide prevention. It's generational healing.
It's how we stop raising adults who explode, implode, or shut down at the first sign of discomfort.
Emotional regulation is not just a soft skill. It's survival. It's the foundation of a society where people can disagree without dehumanizing each other, where accountability isn't seen as an attack, and where conflict doesn't always have to mean violence. You want a better world? We ought to start with emotional education

This is exactly the opposite of the woke agenda. They want enraged, emotionally driven, easily led sheep.
It's what the wolves always want.
Every wolf wants the same thing: a man too angry to think. Teach him to regulate and you take away the leash
This is also one reason why we have so much divorce. Love is not an emotion. It is a decision. People confuse infatuation with love and then, when the infatuation and lust fade, they think they "fell out of love".
Love was never part of their equation. This is why the vows include phrases like "for better or for worse" , "for richer and for poorer" , "in sickness and in health". These are things you decide will not separate you. Love is a commitment. It is a promise. It is a covenant between you and your spouse, between you and your spouse's family, between the two of you and the community, but most importantly between the two of you and God. Emotion is not the basis. If anything, it can be a hindrance.
Stop minding other people business .. that’s my mantra .
Definitely. In addition to all the cases you mention, it would also prevent so many families from going apart. Just saying.
What’re you, a racist?!

Agreed on the stakes; the hard part is the curriculum requires teachers who've done the work themselves. Which came first for you, the regulation or someone modeling it?
Let's start in Brazil
