🏡 Areguá – smart design near the lake 🇵🇾 After switching houses here in Areguá, we landed in this perfectly designed gem — peaceful, practical, and built with real insight. The kind of peace you don’t get in cities. 🙌 Juan Marcelo is a top host — friendly, responsive, and speaks English. He was always available for questions and made us feel right at home.
