I added a bunch of relays on Coracle recently (which makes it easy to do that, I'm up to 91 now! ๐), and ever since Amethyst has been somewhat slower to load images and videos for me. But things seem to work fine for me on other apps.

That's probably way more relays than you need. It just leads to downloading a lot of duplicate notes and wasted bandwidth. I run 9 total and don't seem to miss any notes.
I have seen so many questions about relays, hopefully this video answers some.
