Day 6 of “Day 6 instead of tobacco”
Failed miserably last Friday. A coworker offered me some Swedish snus (tobacco pouches) and my ingrained and automatic response was to take one. Afterwards, I rationalized that I might as well buy a box for myself…. “It was Friday after all”.
Well, i knew these things would happen. I threw away much tobacco Saturday morning and came up with a plan for how to handle these situation in the future.
Today I put two days of saving from not doing tobacco on Saturday and Sunday and it bought me 13873 #sats
