lol, I wish! I’m very cautious of early retirement. I was really dumb in my first bull market (2017) and gave up work for 8months thinking I was a genius and had enough corn. Then spent all my corn and had to get a job. I spent that time off properly researching bitcoin and that’s when I became a toxic maxi but still regret not working and stacking through that time - I would be retiring now if I did!
Wowzers! I've not got a massive amount but have crunched the numbers. I'll have enough to sell some towards the end of next year to last me for 4 years, and then just repeat the process every 4 years🤷🏻♂️. That is, of course, if the price acts, as predicted! If it doesn't, then it's back to work for me. I'm at peace with both outcomes but hopefully it's the former and not the latter!
All depends on your own circumstances, at least you've got a plan though! I suppose if I didn't do my little sabbatical, maybe I wouldn't be a maxi now. And having experienced "retirement", I think when I do finally get there I need productive stuff to do. It's not good for your mental health to just bum around, fun for a month or 2 but gets you down after a while.
The far east does sound very nice though, certainly sunnier than North Wales 🤣
