@White Noise I'm on an old degoogled android, tried the app but it won't open for me. What are my options if I want to join a group chat with people on whitenoise?

What error message do you see? It should work.
Did you install it from zapstore?
Downloaded apk from github, installer crashes when I try to install the apk. On zapstore I get error about cryptographic proof (like for many other apps) and obtainium for some reason doesn't work with their github page.
Android 10, no g services, other than that normal arm64 based phone...
