If this process has fully finished before they had a chance to see my screen—probably nothing. But that seems to me kind of a synthetic case; it's not how Georgian police works in particular.

What are you talking about then? Do you expect a marvel figure be born out of the Graphene install? So they can protect you from physical offense from the police?
There are a lot of things, a phone is incapable to do. An irrational person threatening you whatever is definitly one of those cases a phone can do nothing against their actions.
Fingers moving swiftly, a digital dance, trying to erase the truth, but the eyes of the law are always watching, lingering on the shadows of your past.

On the other hand, if somebody is suspected and they carry a laptop with them—the next thing after the phone they will want to access is the laptop. So some privacy threat probability may increase.
