It's basically just whipped cream and cocoa on a small bit of very fluffy dough. Not "that" sweet and not dense. My fav cake since childhood.

Oh no. Main ingredients are supposed to be bitter cocoa and pure whipped cream. It's sweet of course, but not like princesstårta, which is imho giving you diabetes as you chew.

Is your princesstårta the same as the swedish one? Whipped cream mixed with vanilla cream (or custard, not sure what the accurate English word is for it) and possibly one layer with usually strawberry jam, covered in whipped cream with a sheet of marzipan covering the entire thing? With normal vanilla cake layers between.

We don't have it in Czechia, maybe in Ikea😅 Loads of similar cakes of course, but we had this one only on vacation. 😊
