I think https://www.0xchat.com/#/ is what you're looking for.
Nah... I mean, I want to keep track of my follows through an interface similar to Telegram. 0xchat is specifically for communication, but I just want a client that will list the accounts I'm following. In Telegram this is called "channels". A channel is basically the same as a Nostr account.
