Protocol - not platform !
How many clients have you tried .. not testing ..just a check to make sure I don't over preach :-)
Thank you, for asking. People here value freedom and are actively working on solutions for a decentralized free and open societies and internet.
What is damus? what is your protocol for? what is its usefulness?
Damus is a client - that uses #nostr as protocol ..
Are you using Damus ?
Good afternoon, there is enough freedom in Twitter (x), what have you achieved during your existence? What is your benefit for ordinary users?
Weird people. 😅
Hello smart guy, what's strange? That I ask questions? Or that you consider yourself very smart?
Yes
Hahaha dont get angry, im telling you that the essence os Nostr is weird people. #keepNostrWeird .
So take it easy 😅💜
lol I'm not mad at you, smart guy) I just want to understand who's here and why? 👽
Are you Elon Musk here, incognito, doing research and trying to understand Nostr?
(If you are, of course you wouldn't tell us, and you would likely deny it).
whatever it is, I'm interested in understanding and finding the answer to my question)
Nostr has a good chance of becoming the best way to avoid censorship.
It’s early in its development and can be frustrating for new users.
Over time the UX will improve.
People who value censorship resistance, freedom of thought, freedom of speech and the like over UX are likely to be the first cohort.
I'm here to participate on the internet of freedom that is nostr.
Cryptographically signed messages relayed redundantly.
User choice down to the core.
No bullshit coin involved just frictionless payments with LN and eCash.
Seeing things online through the lens of my own verifiable follow network is quite liberating.
Enjoy responsibly
thanks for the answer, but what's the point? that here you can say whatever you want and send porn? what's the global solution? I'm just glad that someone is developing and creating something, but what is your ultimate goal?
it is possible to send crypto assets without any problems, all over the country on any network, even to the USA and Europe, encrypted messages? what is the point? to create a network for terrorists? or to try to hide strange correspondence? what is the global and final goal of the project?
Twitter is a platform… all your data, followers, and follows are confined to the platform. The client you are accessing Nostr on is just a tool to read and write to the protocol layer, so if at any point you want to use another client (primal, iris, snort, fountain, zapstream, etc.) all your data, follows, followers, etc go with you. As a common user that was banned from a platform for following a page that was recommended to me by the platform, losing all my data, followers, and follows of 8 years; I like being somewhere that it can’t be taken from me.
Wie verdient man hier Geld? Oder sitzt du einfach hier und verschwendest Zeit damit, SMS zu schreiben und seltsame Fotos zu posten?
How do you make money here? Or do you just sit here, waste your time, texting and posting weird photos?
How do you make money anywhere, do something that is of value and you make money…
