OK, I watched some of the presentation. He lost me when he said: "I don't believe the State is a cabal of bad people. It's an evolutionary strategy. The cat that eats the mouse is a result of evolution, it's not someone's design." 😂 I have looked in Zomia very briefly, but need to do more research on it.
