WHAT IS IT
#TheBitcoinMeetup is not just another meetup. Nor is it a conference. It's a full weekend #Bitcoin street art burn - where every pleb is an artist.
There are no tickets, and anyone can contribute. Bring friends and family.
You don't need code to leave a legacy!
WHAT WE'LL DO
The highlight of #TheBitcoinMeetup is the #Bitcoin Street Art Race, but you can't miss the German Dirty Coin premiere, UNESCO Night Life, Themed Meetups, Art Gallery, Kickoff Dinner and more.
A #Bitcoin experience like no other.
STREET ART RACE
We will bring #Bitcoin to 21 landmarks in 3 days!
Plebs get stickers, stencils and paint. They race to collect landmarks in 3 rounds, each taking a full afternoon across the whole city. Winners receive original artwork.
Sightseeing with a glorious purpose ☀️
WHERE WE'LL BE
Our HQ will be at Holzmarkt 25, a big riverside village with a view of the Berlin skyline. Our Workshops, Art Gallery and Themed Meetups will take place here. It's also our daily starting point for the Street Art Race.
Accepts #Bitcoin in the cafe.
WHAT YOU NEED
Good shoes for walking around the city. Instruments to jam. Stickers or stencils to add. Anything you'd like to gift. Expect warm weather, but be prepared for surprises.
For the nightlife, no jeans or sneakers - when in doubt, go black.
WHERE TO STAY
The best place to stay is near HQ, but public transport in Berlin is excellent. Stay along the U8 subway or the S3/S5/S7/S9 overground for easiest access. Bolt (not Uber) is also quite affordable here.
Note: Berlin is hosting Euro 2024, so book asap.
HOW TO HELP
#TheBitcoinMeetup has no tickets. No major sponsors. No big organisation behind it. All we have is you and me. And that's more than money can buy.
