the middle class has nothing to teach - all they know is how to start out with a comfortable childhood, study hard, work hard and end their life in a slightly less nice place than where they started it the rich and the poor on other hand both have something to teach us - the rich can teach you how to make money and the poor can teach us how to survive with nothing Elon Musk is actually somebody who thinks simultaneously as a rich person and as a poor person. His plans are grand but his execution is miserly. He will demand a Trillion dollar pay package from shareholders then ask employees to bring their own toilet paper to work to save pennies.
