this is how my service works (cln nodes)
sendsats.lol
lightning addresses for CLN nodes
Will this give me a Lnurl for my node?!?!
yes if your node is publicly addressable. Then you can also run my zap script to enable zaps
Just realized its broken ๐ฌ gah
Going to give it a try, been looking for a service to receive zaps to my node, was able to zap from my node using Zeus and BlueWallet but never was able to receive
Dang nabit
lnd has openbsd binaries and can be crosscompiled effortlessly. cln can maybe be compiled manually on openbsd but none of the tutorials I found worked with recent versions.
cross compilation for cln would be so complex it's not even worth considering as an option.
Is it non custodial if the lnurl provider can essentially rug you of every payment. Very easy to MiM and sinkhole fake invoices.
They can essentially take 99% of the sats for themselves and you would have no idea ๐คฃ
but yeah, in most other respects, cln wins
I think people would know immediately and any service that attempted that would die fast.
It would be an improvement over using a fully custodial service that also hold your sats
How would you know?
You can employ the same argument to custodial funds, you can also check at any time if they are there and if you can withdraw them.
What's a macaroon?
What's up with messing around food stuff - Cashu, macaroon ๐
