Thread - Nostr Hypermedia

I feel like Blossom fucking sucks. It's a point of centralization which I am not really thrilled about. I wish I could upload media via IPFS, or some similar, less-fully featured DHT, and there was some kind of social pinning mechanic where all my followers would pin/seed it

Nostr definitely seems to favor the “somebody is in charge” concept as opposed to the nebulous cloud that is owned by everyone and no one. For better or worse, it’s working better than any other P2P network I’ve tried. IPFS is slow as hell…

I complained about this once, but I was told bud-10 fixes this.

Yep, but Amethyst does support blossom resolution via bud 10 (blossom uri). So. We are getting there.
