Hey #Nostr, I would like to know if any of you knows what music frequency is best for focus? I have come across variety of different frequencies, but without any trustful source.

Each of us is different. Some like classical music, some binaural sounds, some just sound of the forest stream. Experiment and you'll find soon enough what suits you 🎧

For focus there are studies showing that it must shift periodically. I'd recommend musicforprogramming.net
