Left is "regular" and right is the 50/50 (I think) coffee blend I made 👀🔥
So next this is supposed to cool and ... Not be eaten in one sitting? I may not make it to all the steps.

This is out of bounds, right? The combination of the brown sugar and the heat to caramelize but not carbonize made for some spicy little chewy things at the end. I may try and make one with a raisin in the centers... Hmm
