you are right that it is necessary esp in our world today. I am using it sparingly and mindfully. For 2 reasons: 1. Keep my ego at bay 2. to be mindful of the audience. I gauge my audience. My analogy for this is, sharing ideas to primary school about physics will be info overload. But if I talk about physical exercise, it may be more relevant to them. My bottomline is, baby step. ty for recognising my work. 🫂 I did not expect I get to interact with such audience like yourself as in depth as this. I'd say, you're probably the first here.
