The one time i cooked steak diane for a lady they were extremely unimpressed. They said the steak was to rare. 😭
Needless to say im not with that person.

In hindsight absolutly. But at the time it was a bit... disheartening to say the least.
In all fairness, not everyone is taught to appreciate a steak cooked rare
