Yes, however I don't recommend using Primal for relay management in general. Primal does not allow you to set which ones are your inbox relays, and which ones are your outbox relays, which you may want to be different relays. This is because Primal doesn't care about your read/write preferences. You can only read from their caching relay when using their apps, and your selected relays are only used for writing to them.
