AI rules are currently being written, and I believe the rules will be amended to accommodate the new tech. However, I’m merely providing examples of why the WTO can’t/won’t rescue China in this regard. I’ve been in China the past couple months, and literally everything is knocked off here… everything from all over the world, I see fake labels on products meant to represent American and European products, but it’s all counterfeit and the luxury stores are pretty empty, as the prices are even higher here. It’s better than it was 20 yrs ago, they’re making an attempt, but it’s still a wide spread China hasn’t prioritized… They were building ghost cities developed and constructed at “China speed”
