We've just enabled withdrawals for another 1000 accounts or so. We're still piecing together account balances and transaction history from our logs to recover the information that we lost last weekend. About 80 accounts remain that still have locked funds because we suspect we may be missing withdrawal records for them. Our priority is to get those sorted out ASAP. More than that number will be missing deposits but we'll be tackling those in due course. Missing deposits may be harder for us to confidently assign to the right users so we may end up asking for help with that but we'll update again when we have a clearer picture of what we can do with what we have.

my account balance is fine, but the balance doesn’t seem to be going down at the same rate that I’m zapping people. I might’ve zapped 5-6 times, but it’s only gone down by 3… and it doesn’t show where those 3 went, so I’m not sure who even really got the zap.

I did a few sends out of my coinos wallet on May 9th totaling 315,000 Sats, and now those Sats are back in my wallet and my balance isn't red anymore and my wallet isn't locked. I was able to send 250 Sats out on May 16th. My May 9th transactions are no longer listed in my payment history and my balance is 315,000 Sats more than it should be. What would you like me to do with these Sats? I feel they belong to Coinos.

Now I'm seeing those transactions in my wallet, but most of them are doubled. So now, instead of have an extra 315,000 Sats, my wallet is short 226,000 Sats. Are you still working on repairing the data loss? Can I expect the 226,000 Sats back in my wallet soon? I also have a different Coinos wallet that's missing a few incoming transaction from around the time of the data loss. That wallet is short 1,554 Sats. Please let me know what's going on here. Are you still working on repairing the data loss?
