I eat meat so I have access to fat.
Many fail at carnivore because they eat too lean of cuts.
We need the fat more than the protein.

What do you tend to eat? I wish I could afford Ribeyes all the time, but am heavy on the ground beef and then top rounds that tend to be affordable.
I like chuck eye as a cheaper alternative to ribeyes but ground beef is a good option too if you can get 80/20 or more. Some places will grind you fattier mixes on request

Ground beef for sure. Abut 25 lbs per month. I've been enjoying he sliced carne asada that they generally have a Costco for $8.50 a pound. I generally load up on that when they put it out. Lots of fat and enjoyable.
I’m noticing the 100% grass fed is very lean. I prefer to do the 100% grass fed, rotationally grazed, but just add lots of butter perhaps?
