IDK about that necessarily... it took me a whole week to figure out hpw to get verified by nostr directory, and my laser eyes were gifted to me by one of my followers/buyers in TM. I keep them for sentimental value. Even after hitting 100K, I'm keeping mine. But I too am skeptical of folks who follow me. I am an illustrator with a small real following, so when I see weird growth spurts... or look-a-likes...I can't help but squint a lot...
