Yeah I agree with that. But I’m questing the “democracy” aspect. Why is a “majority” needed in the first place? The masses (I being one often) show time and time again we will go along in herd instinct with what we perceive (or are deceived into thinking) to be right- and thus “make it right” under the rules of democracy (mob rule) -which we have been warned against in writing since Plato. But Bitcoin wasn’t created or developed by a majority, Socrates drank poison because the majority gave him a sentence of death or exile, Christ was crucified by the majority. Doesn’t matter what the majority believes. Truth is what matters. Changes in society happen because of the remnant and the revolutionary.

I hear you but in the context of hyperbitcoinisation, people make up society. and without the people how do you effectively affect culture and spread truth? Decisions should not be made by a mob but culture is memetic and spreads through one.
