I stayed over the weekend and had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Bobbi Jo, about bitcoin.
I gave her the basic elevator pitch of the problems bitcoin solves and how great it is for merchants.
She was curious to see it in action so I had her download Muun wallet and sent her $10 over lightning.
It impressed her how fast and easy it was along with virtually no fees that she said she would accept bitcoin as payment for my room so she could start stacking and learn more.
She’s got some work to do before opening up bitcoin payments for the public, but she’s on the path.
