Proton Pass huh?
Yeah i'm looking at all the options here. There seems to be a few, even Brave has one too.
Bitwarden came up a few times in the FOSS catalogues so, I assumed it was a popular choice, but it doesn't seem that way here
I've been using Bitwarden for a very long time and can't live without it.
Tried many others but nothing really compares IMO.
No opinion because I never used it
I use Proton Pass myself
second person to suggest Proton Pass,
really?
i've seen it on the FOSS suggestions, so wanted to know the consensus on it.
I am using it a bit accidentally because I needed Proton Drive and I bought the suite. But I'm happy with it. I used it as the default password manager on Android and had no trouble at all
fair enough. I'm looking into it. Need something robust, maybe cloud-based or backed up in some way. Bitwarden seems solid choice given it's open source, but yeah that's not really much to go on either.
Why don't you try both and see which you like more
Yeah, I'll try the interface out and see which I like
Remember that Bitwarden has two flavors: A standalone app and a browser extension.
Is it not synced?
They do actually sync. The point was you have a choice between the two flavors or you can use both of them.
