Happy to hear - you were one of the lucky ones

I saw the replies to CoinKite's announcement of their new firmware update on Twitter. Comments quite spicy. Many reporting their last firmware bricked their device. CoinKite says to reach out to their official support channels. I mean "bricked" is "bricked", but I'm wondering if any of the people who did brick their device on the new fw have contacted CoinKite. I'm curious what CoinKite tells them.
