Like the vast majority of things, moderation will steer you right.
ie: I don’t have any fats but tallow, lard, butter, and olive oil in my kitchen, but I don’t lose my shit the 5-10% of the time I eat food I don’t prepare myself.
I don't know, I kinda like and respect vaginas :)
Moderation (the Middle Way) is the way.
It is also the most difficult way for most people.
I guess the question is whether you are one.
