I also have plans to do something like this for a while.
It makes sense to put this out so that people can grab it and print and distribute themselves (a simple web page on an easy-to-remember URL or github), and/or to license it with CCY.
It also makes sense to have color and BW versions (some people don't have color printer and color version may look bad on BW).
My plan is a 3-folded A4 format flyer, but this is also nice.
I haven't checked the contents in detail, but I will.
