How can a President be above the law and the justice system of his country?
Whether for Fauci or Ross Ulbricht, it is to the justice system to repel wrongful sentences. If something is not working as it should, change it instead of chert picking who deserves what. That the sign of a corrupted system.
Let's rename this to a "pardon".
Preemptive pardon? More like preemptive admission of guilty conscience. Biden should be preemptively arrested for treason, just in case.
