Thanks. Seems like RSV (again, always this time of year). Respiratory stuff is brutal.
I mix mullein tea with juice ~50/50 for mine. Watched my 6yr old stop his constant cough in 15min. Use a coffeepaper filter otherwise it will agitate the throat

Thanks - hadn’t heard of that one. Ordered some overnight, will strain as needed and likely mix with a bit of raw honey. Kinder than a Ventolin puffer I am sure. Appreciate the tip.
