Basically need VMs with 8gb-24gb gpu attached so I can run my own models, spin up and spin down via API, bill per second?

Yeah doable, probably as fractionally reserved time on our A100 or A10 instances, some sats per second rate — should have that ready soon hopefully <1 week, will ping you when ready
