Surely it’s better to focus on building a Time Machine, smoking a big fat doobie and buying in at 2010 prices. Sounds like you’re over thinking it.

That strategy worked for us. It's really good advice! Don't over leverage. Stay humble. And enjoy simple things like being with family and friends in nature.
