Got 3 in the freezer at $0.99/lb I agree, pulled pork is a great affordable meat. We're doing one next weekend for mothers day.
I got a late start didn't get it on until 9am. Hopefully another hour. We're stuck at 193°f so I just wrapped it. Shooting for 203°f then a rest then pull it apart. Mother's day celebration tomorrow.
