If you have doubts about the node counts maybe ask Star9 to provide you with their data for mini pc purchases for say the past 18 months. If it’s in the hundreds or thousands, would you be willing to accept these might not be mostly spoofed nodes?

asking star9 for data? sounds like a centralized solution to a decentralized problem. run your own damn node and stop trusting, verify.
