Not sure. I think we would have preferred to group together or have like a tribe or something, so not completely alone. But I get your point. Plus if that's how life was it wouldn't feel weird. I wouldn't be able to do the whole solo camping unarmed thing unless I had no choice to be completely honest (should have mentioned in the note that they sleep in tents that also offer zero protection while you are asleep. I get why people do it more or less, but just take a gun with you then you have it available in emergencies 😂)

Either way, I would feel safer in the woods than say a park bench in Chicago....lol
