How can I tell if I've been added?
And is there anything I need to do after?

I just added you... you can visit to see the invite tree. From there, you can sign in and invite up to 3 other people, if you want.
To use it as your out/inbox relay & to publish to its feed, you can add it as write, read, or both in your relay settings.

I tried adding spatia-arcana to my relays... But that didn't work. I'll try something again in the morning.
