Lots of water, fruits, vitamin c and good sleep. But welcome any feedback for sure.
Liver is always good. Bone broth, if you think viral then zinc and quercertin or green tea extract. If bacterial try and get some good probiotics or fermented foods or non sweetened yogurts. Adding some salt to the water can help. NAC is a liver and organ helper if detoxing. Milk thistle if in lungs or sinuses. Vitamin D is always good. Doing some exercise and sweating can help process things out of body faster. Grounding to reduce electric charge in your body and sun light can help.
